Yoghurt - Quark cake
1/16 l oil
1/16 l water
3 eggs
125g sugar
125g flour
1 Pg vanilla sugar
1 Pg baking powder
Mix the yolk and half of the sugar to a foamy mass, then make beaten white eggs, then mix everything together.
490g apricots
30g gelantine
juice of half a lemon
250g curd
250g yoghurt ( alternatively 500g yoghurt instead of the curd and yoghurt)
80g sugar
lemon peel
1/4 l cream
