Parking & Transportation
Parking in Downtown Palo Alto
Complimentary valet parking for our event is provided by the hotel between 4:00 pm and midnight, until the garage meets maximum capacity.
An additional parking fee will be added if you stay longer.
Overnight guests will be charged for garage parking during their stay.
There is plenty of free street parking in Palo Alto depending on the time of day. Daytime has 2 or 3 hour parking and evenings after 5 are free, but it can be busy around dinner time. Free all-day parking can be found 2 blocks or more away from downtown. More info on Palo Alto parking here.
Transportation
Downtown Palo Alto is easily reachable from San Francisco by CalTrain.
Airport transfer is available from SFO to Palo Alto via BART to CalTrain or any number of shuttle van services. Contact us if you’d like private airport transport, since we have a neighbor in the business whom we can refer to you.
Taxis are limited in Palo Alto, but the hotel will be able to arrange something for you if you need it.

Winter Festive! Women may be formal if you have that beautiful long dress you never get to wear, but men shouldn’t feel compelled to dust off their tux.
Kids
Children are welcome. We can also help arrange an on-site babysitter.
