Wine cake

250g flour

250 g butter

250g sugar

10o g chocolate

4 eggs

1/8l wine

Cinnamon

baking powder


Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk until foamy. Add flour, chocolate, wine, cinnamon and baking powder. Beat egg withes and add carefully to the batter. Fill into a Gugelhupf form and bake at 355 degree for  50min.
