Sacher cake


200g butter

300g sugar

6 eggs

200g chocolade

1 Pg baking powder

1/4 l milk

300g flour


Mix the butter, sugar, yolk and chocolate to a foamy loaf. Then make beaten egg whites out of the egg white and then fold in the beaten egg whites to the loaf.

Put the loaf into a cake pin,

then bake the cake for 50-60 min at 355 degree.


Cut the cake horizontally into two pieces, then fill some apricot jam in between and spread a thin layer on top. Finish with chocolate  icing.
